The 10th of January also happens to be the last Sunday worship service for the outgoing Pastor, Pastor Nenglian. Apart from the TBSUC, farewell speeches were delivered by the chairman of The TBDF and the BYF respectively. This was soon followed by a Choir by The BYF.

DILIGENCE
BIble verse - Hebrews 6:9-13
Colossians 3:17
There are a number of reasons why we call ourselves a member of a denomination. A denomination mainly calls for :-
1. Corporate worship
2. Mission ( this includes discipleship, fellowship and cooperative working)
We as a member of the church or of a denomination have responsibilities in our respective work fields. When we don't give our best after making a commitment to the denomination or the church, we could be blocking the blessing that was coming our way. The commitment you make could be anywhere ( the office, the church,etc). Diligent working is a sign of being a disciple of Christ. The power,justness, exactness and the righteousness of God should be shown in our deeds. The deeds we do diligently here must be done with love for the people of God and God HImself for the fruit of our deeds, we shall surely reap.
" That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.” - ( Hebrews 6:12)
