Mother’s Day is one of the most special day in Christian tradition. In this day we thank our mom for everything she has done for us. Looking and analyzing the life of a woman, we know more about the significance of mothers. They are the person who first loved you, who nurse you, who helps you with homework and they are the first person to know our mood and emotional needs.
Motherhood begins once a baby develops in a womb. She carries them for 9 months- 9 whole months of discomfort, in times changes in diet and lifestyle, unusual sickness and pain and finally around/after the 9th month a baby is born…

How does one prepare to be “a good mom”?
The Bible teaches us about Mary, the mother of Jesus (Mark 6:3, Matt. 1:18 , Luke 1:274, Luke 1:46–55.)
Mary was a Jewish girl who lived in the city of Nazareth. She was engaged to be married to a man named Joseph. God had chosen her from among all the Jewish maidens to fulfill a very special purpose for Him. When the angel Gabriel told she bore the Messiah, the child she proclaimed "Behold, I am the servant of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word..”The Lord has chosen a young clean virgin to be the mother of Jesus, who will save the world from its sin
The life of a mother is more than just responsibilities and housework. A mother is the inspiration of a daughter and it is said a girl is the reflection of her mom. As a Christian mother play an important role in the spirituality and manners of her daughter, A child learns her value from her mom because a mom teaches her daughter how to deal with men and in life. They are the first teacher passing the legacy of our faith, the message of grace and forgiveness.
Our lifestyle tells a lot about the way we live and the type of people we are. A good mother knows her significance in the life of others, avoids things that harm the body and continue to pray for her, her family and the nation.
She build nation and can also shakes down nation. Great world leaders like Lincoln, Napoleon… owes credit to their mom for their success.
Fear the Lord and be righteous, he’ll guide you.
