Christmas Message at Select City Walk December 22, 2014
His name is Jesus. He was born of Virgin Mary. He is indeed God becoming man and was born as a baby by the miraculous act of God. He is the Immanuel which means God with us. When Jesus is with us, it means God is indeed with us. The prophet foretold that His name will be Wonderful, Counsellor, Mighty God, Prince of Peace, Everlasting Father.
At this time if you are longing for God to be near you and with you, come to Jesus, whose other name is Immanuel - God with us. For those who are going through crises and problems, He is the Wonderful Counsellor - for He said 'Come unto me all who labour and are heavy laden, I will give you rest'. If we are facing defeat or the attack of evil forces, we can come to take shelter from Him who is the Mighty God, whose other titles are - King of Kings and Lord of Lords! if we are longing for a father-child like loving relationship - of someone who will love us regardless of who we are and what state we are in - we can come to Him, He will welcome any one who come to Him with open arms and He will be his or her Father forever. If we are having a wonderful relationship with our loved ones, coming to Him and inviting Him to be a part of our lives will give us an even more wonderful experience!
